I have purchased a Pigeon non Stick dosa tawa through Amazon Six-Seven month before. Non stick tawa (multi tawa 310, 30 CM/heavy ) has lost its shape due to continuous usage. Please ensure quality of products at least till warranty last.

Such a pathetic service offered through phone support. no proper response. no call back. we bought new 4 burner stove on 2nd Jan 2021 From More stores. we opened and checked the stove from home and found 2 burners were not working. Since 3rd Jan we are trying to raise complaint and customer care has not registered any complaint yet. Dont buy such a waste product. its waste of money

Very bad products & customer service is just pathetic. No help at all. I wanted to replace my Pigeon Gas Stove, which I have purchased on somewhere around16th November 2020. Their Mechanic came to my place twice to repair but couldn't solve the issues. I am waiting for a call from their side for more than 8 days now, which was supposed to happen within 2 days of complaint. But there are no calls.Tried many times to call you on their CC number but never got connected.

Pathetic.. the technician came, did the servicing, and gave us a bill of 1100. the service charge was 250, whereas he charged extra for the " NUT" he changed in the stove. He did not communicate the prices of the spare part before changing them. There was no price list for the spare parts and also nothing is mentioned on the website too under the "Servicing" header. This is unacceptable. The company should be transparent about the servicing and spare parts charges. The stove was for 2999 and the spare parts cost me 1100. I would have got a new stove by adding some amount.

With disappointment I am messaging. I had recently bought a three burner cooker online. One of the burners is not working properly. I had registered a complaint and sought to be contacted by the concerned service department. After three requests, only once a call came and when they came to know that it was under warranty, they gave a lame excuse and disconnected the call. This is absolutely absurd and unbecoming of a good brand like Pigeon. Please revert back at the earliest. There is no response on the customer care number!!!!

Worst service from Pigeon .Its been just 2 months i have purchased it and the gas is leaking from the bottom of the burner. in case we light the stove it may lead to the blast can happen anything .They are not even taking seriously .this is such a serious issue.
